Who we are

HomeCru.ca is a small, Ottawa-based home services team. We're not a franchise or a call centre; we're local people who take pride in doing careful, thorough work on real homes in real Ottawa neighbourhoods. From Kanata to Orléans, Barrhaven to Gloucester, we show up, do the job right, and leave the property looking better than we found it.

Why we started

We started HomeCru because we kept hearing the same frustrations from homeowners: contractors who didn't show up, quotes that ballooned at the end, and work that had to be redone. We wanted to offer something simpler: a reliable crew with fair, upfront pricing and no surprises. That's still the whole idea.

What makes us different

We show up on time. We confirm the scope and price before we start, so you always know what you're paying. We work carefully and clean up after ourselves. And if something isn't right, we make it right, and that's what satisfaction guaranteed actually means to us.
